Yes. In most cases, it will be necessary to complete an ACC form prior to any outside modification to your property. For clarity please refer to the Declaration of Covenants. ACC requests should be made via the Beacon Management portal.

Any violation of the Declaration of Covenants constitutes a fine. However, first-time offenders are given a courtesy letter and thereafter a monetary fine. The ramifications for non-payment are late charges, interest, and a legal binding property lien.

Based on 7.12 of the Declaration of Covenants, all trash cans should be concealed from view from neighboring streets and property.

HOA dues are vital to the community because HOA dues pay for the upkeep and maintenance of the community. Dues are $30 per month and they can be paid, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually. You can also set up bill pay through your bank, or pay directly through the Beacon Management Services website.
