**Fitness At The Roundabout will resume on Wednesday, July 9, 2025 at 6:30pm. This session is for all fitness levels and features 30 minutes of group cardio training. Sessions are led by Antonio Dorsey of Appetite4FitnessATL (Certified Nutritionist and Fitness Instructor).

** Movie At The Roundabout is taking place on August 16, 2025 from 8:30pm-10:30pm! We are super excited to bring this idea to fruition. Bring your blanket or lawn chair and join us for our very own movie night at the roundabout. Union City PD will be present to ensure proper road blockage in the roundabout area. We will also have popcorn, sno-kones, cotton candy and "movie" candy for homeowners. More details about the movie to be shown forthcoming. You don't want to miss it!

The responsibility of the HOA is to Maintain community curbside appeal, Enforce the Declaration of Covenants and establish community engagement, trust, and confidence. These components will work to guarantee a thriving community with increased property value.
Yes. In most cases, it will be necessary to complete an ACC form prior to any outside modification to your property. For clarity please refer to the Declaration of Covenants. ACC requests should be made via the Beacon Management portal.
Any violation of the Declaration of Covenants constitutes a fine. However, first-time offenders are given a courtesy letter and thereafter a monetary fine. The ramifications for non-payment are late charges, interest, and a legal binding property lien.
Based on 7.12 of the Declaration of Covenants, all trash cans should be concealed from view from neighboring streets and property.
HOA dues are vital to the community because HOA dues pay for the upkeep and maintenance of the community. Dues are $30 per month and they can be paid, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually. You can also set up bill pay through your bank, or pay directly through the Beacon Management Services website.
